These solid shampoos are regular liquid shampoos with the water removed. They lather just like liquid shampoo when in contact with water and do not require an acidic rinse, unlike traditional hair soaps. Simply create a lather in your hands and apply to wet hair, then rinse thoroughly. The solid form is conveniently packed in cardboard instead of a plastic bottle.
